Shipping policy
Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times which may be displayed at checkout and total time until you receive your order may be longer than displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In some situation including, but not limited to, high order volume, personnel issues, productions delays, postal service and shipping backups orders have the potential to be delayed beyond timeframes stated during order checkout and/ or time frames that are listed anywhere on our website or in this policy. These situations are out of our control, however we will do our best to notify you when an order will be delayed beyond normal processing and shipping timeframes.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer Free shipping on most orders
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping within the united states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
All Custom orders are subject to a custom shipping quote based on the size, weight and destination.
Any shipment outside the United states and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require custom shipping quote.
In-store pickup
We offer in store pickup M-F 9am to 2pm. Instore pickup is by request only, please contact us at help@reclaimedbrass.com to request in store pickup for your order.
International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Reclaimed & Brass Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@reclaimedbrass.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns withing 30 days of receipt of the product. Please contact us at help@reclaimedbrass.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping is paid by customs. Please see our full policy at
